Volunteers become part of a team effort, which includes physicians, nurses, social workers, clergy and other professionals. VNA Hospice is a shared approach to end-of-life care, led by the choices made by the patient, his or her family and the patient's physician. We listen to the unique needs, hopes, and challenges in every life with proactive, comprehensive and compassionate care. We provide extraordinary care, support and comfort to patients and families as they face the end of life. Our goal is to help our patients live life fully for as long as possible.

Description

Since 1897, we have helped the residents of the greater Manchester community face the challenges of recovering from surgery, physical disabilities, short-term, chronic or life-limiting illnesses and enjoy a quality of life while maintaining their dignity, all in the comfort of home.
