We are in need of a volunteer to conduct a children's group when their mother's are in their Domestic Violence Group. You are able to choose the activities for the children. We have a wide variety of children of different ages and ethnic backgrounds.

Description
Hamdard was established in 1992 as a proactive response to address the critical mental health needs of the South Asian and Middle Eastern communities. Hamdard provides culturally-tailored and multilingual services including: psychiatric and behavioral health services; primary healthcare; programs for seniors and youth; and community outreach and education. Hamdard’s philosophy is to meet the needs of the underserved through its new paradigm of care, which includes a comprehensive service model to provide culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services to families. Hamdard overall goals are to improve the health of the community, strengthen families, prevent violence and promote self-sufficiency.
