Lead an RSVP Bone Builders class of participants in strength training and balance exercies to alleviate, reverse and prevent osteoporosis. Training and ongoing support are provided by RSVP/VC. This successful program has been operating for nearly 10 years and there are over 70 classes at 50+ sites in our two county area. The classes are provided FREE of charge and are held two times per week for about an hour. Getting together with others in you community in a fun setting to exercise bonds community members and provides an additional social outlet as well. Our website has the class schedules for every class in Rutland and Addison Counties. Check it out.
