Rockin the Rainbow

Grab your poodle skirts, bobby socks and hot rods, and join in the fun at this benefit for children and adults with special needs!

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED with the silent and live auctions, event enhancers, set-up, tear down and MORE! Over 400 patrons will attend this event eager to bid in the silent and live auctions.

VOLUNTEERS ARE ALSO NEEDED for event set-up the evening of Friday, May 15th. Time TBD.

Volunteers must sign up by May 8, 2015. This event requires considerable planning; therefore, we cannot accept walk-in volunteers for set-up or at the event.

Detailed info is provided to all volunteers at least one week before the event.

Description

Rainbow Center for Communicative Disorders has been serving children with special educational needs since 1977, and we offer programming for both children and adults. Our day school program, Rainbow Center, works with 18 metro area school districts for children with disabilities ages 3-21. We also offer a day-habilitation program for adults with severe disabilities over age 21. Quality of life focusing on daily living skills, community integration, and health and fitness are included in the day programming.
