The Relay For Life of Fredericksburg/Stafford is seeking a volunteer who can assist in leading a group of recruitment volunteers.

This individual should be an outgoing go-getter who is capable of owning the role and running with it.

This individual would communicate with the volunteer recruiters on a regular basis via phone, text, or email. They will schedule recruitment activities for the volunteers to do as a group such as going to different businesses or setting up tables outside of businesses (when weather permits) to talk to people as they enter/leave.

This individual will also work with the staff partner out of the American Cancer Society office to create biweekly goals for each volunteer and assist them in reaching those goals.

The goal of the volunteer recruiters is to educate as many people in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area about the Relay For Life fundraising event in their area and how they can form fundraising teams to help raise money for the fight against cancer.
