Bring a smile to a senior. Spend time with a patient, holding their hand, reading to them, singing to them, visiting or just "being there". Be prepared to come away feeling good about yourselves. Spend as little as one hour a week relieving someones loneliness, or making someone laugh or smile. Give them an opportunity to reminisce or tell their stories. Volunteer hours are flexible to work around your busy schedule. Volunteer in your hometown.
