Caring Hospice of Central NJ is looking for a special group of volunteers to become part of our Caring Hospice 11th Hour Team. Volunteers will support hospice patients through the actively dying process. 11th hour Volunteers can be of support to patients and families by:Helping in creating peaceful surroundingsSharing silenceOffering a calm and peaceful presenceActive ListeningPlaying soft musicReading inspirational textProviding comfort, support or relief to caregiversAdvocating for patients as neededListening to loved ones share storiesHelping loved ones say goodbyeThese opportunities are available in the following counties: Ocean and Monmouth.
