Help us find homes for cats and kittens rescued from the streets of Baltimore! The Feline Rescue Association is an all-volunteer, no-kill rescue organization that holds adoption events at the Petco store in Gambrills/Crofton almost every Sunday. These events help facilitate the adoption of more than 300 cats every year. Volunteers should be available from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM one Sunday per month (we're flexible on dates) -- Join FRA's amazing group of volunteers today!
We bring the cats, you bring your friendly, approachable, outgoing personality and love for cats! Setup is 11:30am-noon; event runs noon to 3pm; breakdown is 3-3:30pm. We usually have two tables and 4-8+ crates/cats set up during the event.
Full training provided and you'll be paired with a more senior/experienced volunteer at each event who knows the ropes :) Please note: we are looking for long-term volunteers. We're unable to accommodate court-ordered or school service requirements.
