Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility and drive traffic to the website and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) Highlight the skills and success of our student athletes by creating exciting features and profiles Keep up with current events and tie them into the message of the organization Record media (Photo and Video) of students and tutors in the classroom and student athletes on the court Identify, create and promote engaging content

Mission Statement
To elevate the life skills and abilities of inner-city student-athletes in America through mentor-based programs in athletic, academic and social development.
Description
To close the achievement gap by ensuring all of America’s youth have access to highly-effective, nationally-accredited afterschool and summer developmental programs, free of charge.
Our athletic portion teaches sportsmanship, dedication, accountability, hard work and discipline with emphasis on teamwork and being a leader.
Our academic program is focused on college matriculation by daily tutoring from college educated volunteers in all subjects.
The social development focus for our youth starts with goal setting, time management and finance management. These fundamentals will ensure their success in the workforce.
