Our Full-Service Volunteers work one-on-one with clients obtaining demographic information and assisting them directly with obtaining Identification and/or Birth Certificates. They provide the guidance on filling out applications and insuring the requirements and policies are being met. Full-Service Volunteers are comfortable and empathetic to a diverse population and have a creative capability for dealing with complicated situations. Other duties a Full-Service Volunteer may have are application preparation for delivery, logging and storing our participant’s documents.
You can help Monday - Friday, however many days that work for your schedule. We have time slots from 7:30 am to 10:00 am or 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

About Homeless ID Project
Location:

Mission Statement
The mission of Homeless ID Project is to empower individuals and families to end their homelessness and rebuild their lives by providing the critical first step of identification replacement services.
Description
Identification is something we take for granted, but without it a person or family experiencing homelessness can not obtain any of the services necessary to become self sufficient, including access to gainful employment, housing, food programs, education, and medical services.
For 34 years, the Homeless ID Project has been helping individuals and families in Arizona to obtain state IDs and birth certificates needed to move forward in their lives.
