Intern will be responsible for visiting families who have been helped by MEND or referred to MEND from other agency. The purpose of home visiting is to maintain contact in a caring way, and to provide assistance and needed referrals to community services. The Case Management Program will focus on families with children under the age of 5 who live in the Pacoima area.
