Native Plant Sale Volunteers

Do you love native plants? Consider sharing your knowledge with others at the 2015 Native Plant Sale, hosted by Delaware Nature Society. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a love for native plants and habitat stewardship. Our Plant Experts roam the sales field and assist customers with various questions about the native plant selection. No formal horticultural background is required, but a knowledge of native plants is a must! We need Plant Experts for the following shifts: Thursday, April 30, 2:30pm - 7:00pm Friday, May 1, 2:30pm - 7:00pm Saturday, May 2, 9:30am - 1:00pm Saturday, May 2, 12:30pm - 4:30pm Sunday, May 3, 10:30am - 2:00pm Sunday, May 3, 1:30pm - 4:30pm Native Plant Sale volunteers enjoy special benefits such as: Volunteer ONLY shopping time before the sale begins Behind the scenes access to Coverdale Farm Preserve Access to the Volunteer Hospitality room For more information, please contact Hannah Starke Volunteer Coordinator 302-239-2334 ext. 111 hannah@delawarenaturesociety.org OR use the event sign up form: www.delnature.org/volunteer
