Being a faith-based organization, we hold Holiday mass for our residents in our Community Center for each holiday throughout the year. We are looking for a well organized individual to help us prepare everything for each of our Holiday Mass' (eg: music, readings, etc.). We hold 5 - 6 different Mass' each year that we are in need help with. There is also opportunity to extend this volunteer more throughout the year if desired! Our residents would love to participate additional activities, such as a bible study prep! If you are interested in this opportunity or have any questions, please let us know! Since 1983, our mission as a nonprofit has been to provide exceptional residential services and opportunities to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This now includes advocacy and community partnership. Our goal is to maximize each individual’s independence in a community environment that fosters dignity and respect, as well as personal and spiritual growth.
Description
Noah Homes provides residential homes and services for adults with developmental disabilities. Promoting security and well being Noah exists to maximize independence by encouraging self-determination within a flourishing environment of dignity, respect, personal growth, and love. Today, there are nearly 90 men and women we like to call "the folks" celebrating life every day on these beautiful grounds.
