Come join TreePeople's Jessika Mitchell as we prep bare root fruit trees for our 2015 Fruit Tree Distribution Festival. Every year, TreePeople distributes free fruit trees to low-income communities in Los Angeles as part of our Fruit Tree Program. This year we will be distributing hundreds of fruit trees to the residents in the Northeast Valley. We need volunteers to help prepare the fruit trees that will be picked-up by the residents. We will be delivering trees to the festival site and soaking them overnight so they are ready for distribution the following day.
