Studying at the library
This man found a great job, thanks to work he did with his tutor to improve his reading and writing skills.

Work one-on-one with an adult on reading, writing, math and/or life skills within a plan tailored to the learner's goals.

A 12-hour workshop will prepare you to help an adult move ahead with his/her goals. Tutor training is scheduled several times a year. A desire to make a difference in your community and a twelth-grade reading level are needed to become a tutor. Once you complete training, the minimum commitment is an hour per week for a minimum of one year.

Education transforms lives and enables people to create a better future for themselves and their families. FMI call LV-A now.
