Volunteer Coordinators for National Rebuilding Day Projects

The Volunteer Coordinator works with the other Home Team leaders (House Captain and Logistics Coordinator) on a National Rebuilding Day home-repair/renovation project. He/she recruits volunteers in conjunction with the Rebuilding Together office staff and with input from the House Captain. Also help organize food/beverages for the day; track volunteer info and hours; and be available on Rebuilding Day to handle volunteers' needs (food, first aid, paperwork, questions). Good organizational skills and written and oral communication skills needed. Rebuilding Day is Saturday, April 30, 2016; however Volunteer Coordinators should be available for a training evening (to be announced) in February or March and will continue working with the other home team members in March and April. Depending on the extent of the project workscope, prep workdays (before Rebuilding Day) may be needed on Saturday, April 16 and 23; and a final clean-up day may be needed on Saturday, May 7, 2016.
