Cleaning, Carpentry and/or Painting

Playland always has need for cleaning, repair, and often has new projects under work. We need volunteers for occasional facility deep cleaning, special carpentry projects, and painting projects. This volunteer opportunity is only offered during the week and subject to availability.

This volunteer opportunity is available when we are closed to the public (weekdays 11:00am-4:00pm).

Fluent in English: Must be able to fluently speak English.

Equipment: Playland-Not-at-the-Beach will provide limited equipment. We recommend volunteers bring gloves, eye protection, water, and their favorite tools.

Photo Identification: All volunteers must provide valid legal photo identification.

Background: All volunteers must be approved to volunteer by a member of the Board of Directors and go through a background check.

Volunteer training is available Mondays, Tuesdays, or Fridays between 11:00am and 4:00pm (MUST pre-register for training). Volunteer registration form required for all volunteers (can be found at http://www.playland-not-at-the-beach.org/volunteers.html).
