Agrace Madison Garden Patio
Gardens near patient patios.

Hospitality volunteers provide a personal welcome to our Agrace HospiceCare Inpatient Unit in Fitchburg. Volunteers provide directions to patient rooms, walk visitors to their destination, and communicate with our staff. It is a social role that provides compassion to those who are here visiting patients.

Volunteers are welcome to read, work on small projects (knitting, homework, etc.) between helping visitors, so this is a great role for students, readers, crafters, etc.!

We have the greatest need for evening and weekend volunteers, but do have some daytime availability. Volunteers choose weekly, bi-weekly, or "a la carte" scheduling.

Visit Agrace.org/volunteer to learn more about volunteering at Agrace or to complete an online application.
