Our mission is to gather generations (old and young) together in fun ways.
What could be better than yoga and food!?
Every other Saturday, we begin by gently streching our bodies during a chair yoga session.
This is a great way to gently connect with your body and breath in a group setting.
After yoga, we watch a healthy food demo! As we enjoy a healthy snack we mix and mingle!
This is a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. This is a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon - we do yoga, eat snacks, and hang out!
This is for everyone - if you think you can't do yoga- come and see what we're about! We love yoga and healthy snacks - but more than that, this is about connecting generations. Come and share your stories with us as we hear others share theirs! :-)

Description
At Ageless interAction, a 501-3c in Atlanta, we are changing how our society views age and the aging process.
Volunteers are given a dynamic introduction into the world of aging. Volunteers undergo a service learning training which teaches them about age and the aging process. After volunteers go through orientation, they are given hands on experience with our older participants. Through active engagement and interaction volunteers see that aging is a universal and life long process.
By providing an engaging platform where young and adults 65+ are able to connect in creative and innovative environments, Ageless interAction promotes the idea of agelessness which redefines aging through a lens of longevity. Instead of thinking about age in terms of "old" or "young," we believe in engaging participants of all ages to live out their best selves through a holistic connection with other people from all walks
of life.
