The Cyber Crime Response Agency, a 501c3 Guidestar Gold, non-profit detective agency (FID: 27-3056398), is currently accepting volunteer applications for the following positions:

Predator Detection: Speak with strangers while on the clock, ensuring your identity is not compromised, as well as the agency's. Safely transfer over chat logs to CCRA Headquarters, which will be transferred to law enforcement.

Cyber Analysis Specialist (CAS): Internet investigators are responsible for collecting evidence that is necessary for a criminal conviction for police and victims. Searching internet and accounts are the main source for information.

Communications: Manage time clock, alert agents of incoming investigations via CCRA radio communications, take phone calls for agents who are out of the office.

Public Outreach Coordinator (POC): Public Outreach Coordinators are utilized by the agency for fundraising, academia seminars and public events, to help educate both minors and adults on the topic of internet safety. POCs may also be conducting conferences with law enforcement agencies and distributing promotional materials in their local area and online.

Technical Support: Technical support agents are responsible for ensuring that all CCRA Specialists' computers are in a satisfactory condition, by checking for viruses, keyloggers and ensuring all programs are up-to-date. Tech support is also responsible for data systems integrity, research of technology advancements and implementation of new procedures.

The positions require that all volunteers dedicate at least 6 hours a week, if not more. A $25.00 yearly membership fee plus $13.00 is required before training can begin. This is to pay for background checks and for software, which will be issued to you, to complete your duties. If you have any questions about the position, please call the number above. Mission Statement

The mission of the Cyber Crime Response Agency is to lessen the burdens of government by assisting law enforcement with the apprehension of internet criminals as well as provide education to the public about cyber safety and awareness.

Description

In order to meet our mission statement, the Cyber Crime Response Agency conducts Internet investigations on reported crimes and against potential Internet criminals. We also do this by reaching out and conducting safety seminars in your local areas at public places to raise donations, gain volunteers and educate about cyber safety and awareness. All volunteers will be trained online through our Academy and be provided On the Job Training. All positions are conducted online from the convenience of your computer and location of choice. You MUST be able to volunteer at least SIX HOURS a week. Volunteers will need to be able to provide an annual $25.00 membership due and $13.00 Background Check fee as a donation upon application approval.
