Gresham High School is looking for someone to do childcare for our Latino Family Nights. Once a month, families of the GHS Latino community gather together to connect as a community and learn about the resources available to them in order to support their children and family. We discuss school news and invite guest speakers to the meetings to talk about resources throughout the community. Seeking volunteers for: Gresham High School 1200 North Main Avenue, Gresham, OR 97030 Needing volunteers- 1/14/15, 2/11/15, 3/4/15, 4/1/15, 5/13/15. 5:30pm-7:45pm

  • *** This is a childcare position. The ages of children that participate can range from 0 to 12. There will also be bilingual high school student-volunteers assisting you with childcare.

Metropolitan Family Service (MFS) volunteers serve in various capacities, depending on their areas of interest and abilities. Volunteers participate in on-going opportunities in one of three focus areas: helping children succeed, strengthening families and their connections to the community, and helping older adults and persons with disabilities live independently. We create opportunities that bridge generations and inspire everyone to live their best life.
