Please join us for a Volunteer Training Extravaganza and train to be a "Play Associate" for our new 2015 spring exhibit opening in January, Simple Machines! The training and info session will take place: Tuesday, January 27, from 5:30-7:30pm. Simple Machines is an exciting new exhibit created by The Children's Museum of the Upstate. The exhibit is a true introduction to engineering teaching children to recognize and understand the six types of simple machines: levers, wheels and axels, pulleys, inclined planes, edges and screws- as they design and build giant structures of their own.
