WHAT YOU WILL DO: Assist in the development of engaging and effective email marketing strategies. Ensure email messaging is 100% accessible to everyone on both web and mobile. Manage schedule of deployment to optimize user response and actively manage email lists. Generate, analyze, and interpret data for email campaigns. Work closely with our Director of External Affairs for strategic campaigns. Assist in implementing structures, process, and guidance for DCRCC departmental units Utilize development and communications software including Salesforce and HubspotCRM. Detail oriented and HIGHLY organized- someone who can catch the smallest thing and manage multiple forms, applications, email and voice messages, and data at the same time and know where to find specific information at any time TIMEFRAME AND COMMITMENT: This position is for four months of service beginning in January Intern is expected to work 15-30 hours a week during service Intern is expected to participate in a 40+ hour training This position is currently open, applications accepted on a rolling basis
