High performing nonprofit organizations have certain areas in which they excel. Nonprofits that are not as high performing are often struggling in one or more of these areas. Volunteers with the Nonprofit Resource Center - a program of the Council of Community Services - are trained to facilitate nonprofit organizations in strategic planning.
The Nonprofit Resource Center will train Roanoke Valley Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) volunteers to facilitate assessments for nonprofit organizations, evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement.
