Catholic Charities Winter Break Camp allows the participants in the After School & Summer Youth Program a chance to get out of the house to explore new things during their break from school.
The Camp will be help on December 22, 23, 29, 30, 31, and January 2 from 9am-4pm.
We are actively looking for volunteers that can help at least half a day or the full day in order to provide the most for the children attending the camp.
Activities include arts and crafts, outdoor play, presentations from VIA and SARA, and field trips!
Please only serious inquires only, background checks will need to be processed as soon as possible!

Since 1941 the agency's focus has been to empower individuals and families in need to discover and enhance their own resources, as well as develop viable coping skills that will improve their personal and social functioning. We provide services without regard to gender, race, creed, religion, disability, national origin, or socioeconomic status.

We provide over 25 bilingual and culturally sensitive programs in 19 counties throughout the Archdiocese of San Antonio that empower individuals and families in our community to become self-sufficient.
Within the past few years Catholic Charities has expanded it services to the community by bringing other organizations under its umbrella, including Senior Community Services in 1999, Catholic Counseling & Consultation Center and Guadalupe Home in 2001, San Antonio Birth Doulas in 2005, and Guadalupe Community Center in 2006.
