The visitor center volunteer will help permit holders and guests with any questions they may have, as well as help sell passes and permits. They will often be asked about the nesting pair of Bald Eagles, our animal displays, the wildlife at the park, park history, park programs, and park pricing. Volunteers should also make friendly contact with park customers and establish a presence at the visitors center. Documentation should be made by volunteers that denotes trail safety concerns, regulation violations, user contacts, wildlife encounters, or any other issues.
