The Matthew 25 Farm will be starting its 7th year of operation. The food grown is given away free of charge to food pantries, soup kitchens,homeless shelters, half-way houses, senior citizens and families in need.
A volunteer would help by either:
- planting during the spring months
- helping with crop maintenance, mostly weeding or hoeing
- harvesting the produce
- distributing the produce
- helping with fundraisers to keep the farm going
All help is greatly appreciated.

The stated mission of the Matthew 25 Farm is "To ensure that no Central New Yorker who is unable to completely provide for them-self will go without fresh food."
Description
The Matthew 25 Farm is a not-for-profit farm with locations in Tully, New York and LaFayette, New York (Onondaga County). We plant, harvest and distribute between 50,000-75,000 pounds of fresh produce each growing season and donate it all to over 70 food pantries, soup kitchens as well as to any family who comes to the farm needing food.
The farm is starting its 6th year of operation.
