Pet Therapy

Volunteer with your dog and make a real difference in the lives of patients, caregivers and their families. A friendly visit with your dog is able to bring connection, joy and companionship to a patient's life as well as their caregiver.

Your dog will need to pass the "Canine Good Citizen" test. The average cost to completing the test is $25. Interesting and practical volunteer training is provided and required for the dog owner.

Visit times are flexible. We are seeking volunteers in Boulder, Broomfield, Westminster, Arvada, Erie, Brighton, Denver, Longmont and other front range communities.

The time commitment could be as little as a couple hours a month, depending on the volunteer's schedule and patients needs.
