As part of our adoption process we are dedicated to checking in on our adopted dogs shortly after the adoption takes place - we call this a home check! A quick vist to the home to ensure that the home and yard (if applicable) are safe and secure and to check in on the dog to make sure that everything is going well. While Wags and Walks is based out of West LA, we place dogs with residents all over SoCal. We're looking to build a team of homecheckers in all areas (San Fernando Valley, Orange County, San Gabriel Valley, East LA, Downtown, etc.)

Wags and Walks is dedicated to rescuing family-friendly dogs from shelters, and finding them safe and suitable permanent homes through adoption, advocacy and education.
Description
By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians, and trainers, we are able to rescue hundreds of dogs every year and provide them with loving temporary care while finding them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes.
