Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes is a program designed to empower Spanish-speaking persons with diabetes to build self-confidence and to better manage their diabetes through interactive community based workshops.
A Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes Leader Training will be held June 9, 10, 16, 17, 2016; 9 am-4:30 pm at the Meriden Health Department located at 165 Miller Street in Meriden. To register and for more information contact Cindy Kozak, Department of Public Health at 860-509-7737 or cindy.kozak@ct.gov. There is no cost for the training and workshops, both delivered in Spanish. No prior experience is necessary.
