The ReStore is a home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used remodeling and improvement materials to the public at a fraction of the retail price. The ReStore accepts donations of items from businesses, office supply companies, home improvement store remnants, contractors and individual residential donors. The donations are then resold and proceeds are put back into building more homes for families in need within Harford and Cecil Counties.
Volunteer Will: Pick up from donations from donors. Must be availble on Tuesdays for a 4 hour shift.
Duties:
- Handle donations with care while moving
- Practice safe lifting/carrying procedures
- Be respectful and courteous to all donors while removing donations from homes
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and commitment to the philosophy of Habitat for Humanity
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, squat and lift heavy objects

Description
Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna, Inc. (HHS) is an ecumenical Christian housing organization devoted to building and repairing homes in partnership with qualifying families. HHS is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit supported by government, community and private funding.
HHS's vision is to eliminate substandard housing in Cecil County and Harford County, Maryland through action and advocacy.
