Thank you for your consideration in becoming a judge at one of our conferences. Through DECA, students are able to develop business and marketing skills to better prepare them for college and their careers. Competitive events are a critical part of our members' experience. During these interactions, they are able to apply their classroom learnings to real-world scenarios. It is through our business community that these students are able to get evaluated based on your industry knowledge. This is where you come in! If you or anyone you know are available for any of the dates below, please consider volunteering your time to the ones where applicable . Your working life is all the experience that you need to be a judge. We will host a Judge's Orientation the day of to give you the rest of what to expect and look for. Parking, a meal, and a small gift to show our appreciation will also be provided for each of the days.
