PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Supervise and coordinate the Territory’s Feeding Activity. Work with volunteers and vendors to ensure preparedness for and efficiency during the disaster response.
OPEN TIME DAYS
10 hours per week. Hours required will increase considerably during disaster responses.
Disaster Services online and classroom training.
Feeding fundamentals training.
Basic Food Safety.
First Aid/CPR/AED certification - completed within 6 months of taking position.
Disaster Frontline Supervisor & DFS Simulation- completed within 6 months of taking position.
Shelter Fundamentals.
Psychological First Aid.
National Incident management and National Response plan FEMA Training (ICS 100, 200, 700, 800 and 806)- completed within 6 months of taking position.
