We are putting together a group of Volunteers who can be available weekdays for high volume high school drives in the Pensacola area. These Volunteers would assist with verifying identification, pre and post donation hydration and snacks for students, signing students in and out, and passing out donor t shirts after they donate. The perfect Volunteer for this team is detail oriented and able to relate well to high school students.
A medical background or interest helps, but is not necessary.
Volunteers can apply online at volunteeroneblood.tk

Description
OneBlood is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization responsible for providing safe, available, and affordable blood to 213 hospital partners and their patients in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
OneBlood was established on January 27, 2012 when three of Florida’s independent, not-for-profit blood centers, Community Blood Centers of Florida, Inc. (CBCF), Florida’s Blood Centers, Inc. (FBC) and Florida Blood Services, Inc. (FBS) came together in a merger of equals.
The service area of OneBlood includes most of Florida and some parts of Southern Georgia and Alabama. OneBlood is one of only seven blood centers in the US designated to provide blood to our military when needed.
Our name, OneBlood, is a constant reminder that patient’s lives depend on the work that we do. We do not take our responsibility lightly.
