Healthy eating can be a difficult task, especially when you're on a tight budget. Make an impact in your community by teaching participants how to make healthy food choices while saving money! By making healthier food choices, participants will not only save money on groceries, they will also become more food secure in the long run. Cooking Matters Maryland and our partners are always looking for volunteers to lead healthy grocery shopping tours. For more information, visit our website http://cookingmatters.org/at-the-store or contact Liz Hoey at ehoey@strength.org.
Not in the Baltimore area? We have volunteer opportunities across Maryland! Please contact us with any questions.
