Do you have an interest in history and geneology? This assignment will give you the opportunity to work closely with artifacts and other items regarding both! The Polk County History Center is needing a Clerical Associate to work directly with the museum assistant in the day-to-day operation of the museum, assist with word processing, database management, filing, marketing, gift shop inventory, special events and information gathering. This opportunity would satisfy your historical interests or could possibly be a great way to gain school service hours!
Volunteer service schedule is based on your availability to serve. Center's operational days/hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
