Administrative Support Team Member
Connections to Success is looking for volunteers to provide ocassional administrative support during business hours at the St. Charles office.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-4pm.
Duties Performed:
- Greet clients, donors, and visitors and check them in accordingly.
- Answer phones and direct calls when needed.
- Enter information into spreadsheets and google docs and calendars.
- Clerical duties including: filing, faxing, copying, and processing mail.
