Taproot offers a range of opportunities to engage in meaningful pro bono work, depending on the time you have available. You can work on a large-scale team-based project over several months, tackle more bite-sized challenges that can be delivered in a day, or address needs that fall in between. Pro Bono Account Directors Needed

Taproot Account Directors lead teams of consultants to deliver real results to a nonprofit. The Account Director staffs the team, manages relationships, and keeps a bird’s-eye view of the project. The Account Director also works with a Taproot Program Manager to track progress, resolve challenges, and ensure the successful completion of each project.

A successful Account Director:

• Has 10+ years of experience in Human Resources (i.e., staff development, recruitment, performance management)
• Has managed leadership teams and led successful change efforts
• Can negotiate executive or board-level relationships
• Has Director, VP, or Partner-level experience

This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
