ORGANIZATION: Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care

  • 5 people are interested

Crossroads Hospice would love to have an experienced water color artist to visit our artist patient! Your eye for the colors, the right brush, the right placement of the hand will assist this former artist to continue to express herself! Although our patient is terminal, and it takes much longer to set up and create her paintings, her desire is to be able to express her art weekly!

If you have patience, love to paint, especially water colors, and have a few hours a week avaiable in Blue Springs Missouri then please reach out to us! We would love to have you on our team!

Free training, background checks, TB tests and flu shots given.

For information on how you can get involved please email volunteer.kc@crossroadshospice.com or call 816-333-9200 and ask for Karen in the volunteer Department.

Mission Statement

Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care is committed to being at the forefront of the hospice care industry, to continually shape the way palliative care is viewed and administered so that everyone can expect more from us.

Description

Expect More From Us. We Do. Why not? That's a question we ask ourselves every day. In fact it is the question responsible for our beginning and has made us what we are today. Because "why not?" helps us find new and better ways to deliver hospice care to patients, families, caregivers, and health care professionals alike. It helps us connect with our communities, share our knowledge, be accessible 24/7, innovate, lead, and raise the bar. In fact "why not?" has helped us create a hospice experience we believe is second to none...and are confident you'll agree.
