FANTASY OF LIGHTS - WALK THRU

Vasona County Park
For one night only, Fantasy of Lights becomes a 1.5 mile walk-through holiday lights and display entertainment extravaganza for the whole family. Now, in its 16th season, Fantasy of Lights continues to be one of the premier holiday light displays in Northern California.
On this special night, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to assist park staff from 4:00 pm to as late as 10:00 pm.
Volunteers may direct guests at the park entrance, assist with loading and unloading strollers from buses, provide assistance to guests at the park and at the parking lots, keep guests out of restricted areas, assist Santa and Mrs. Claus, assist with litter patrol and other tasks as needed.
Please note: Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
Volunteers will check in at the Gateway Pavilion in Vasona Park and receive an orientation at 4:00 pm. The volunteer parking area is to be determined and registered volunteers will be updated once finalized.
Volunteers will receive a meal break during their shift and may purchase dinner from food trucks available on site or bring a packed dinner. Each volunteer will receive a complimentary pass to the event at the end of their shift (one per family).
Please come prepared for cold and/or wet weather - rain or clear skies, the show will go on! Please bring a water bottle to refill.

Since 1924, when Stevens Creek County Park was established, people have given their time and talents to help make Santa Clara County Parks special places to visit. In 2010, nearly 2000 volunteers donated over 40,000 hours of service to a variety of projects and programs.
