Are you conservation minded and enjoy working outdoors? Ber Yuba Land Trust has many volunteer opportunities available including a conservation programs assistant. As a volunteer you could also assist with trail maintenance and construction, land assesment and community outreach.
Bear Yuba Land Trust is a volunteer-driven organization. Join this dedicated team of volunteers! People volunteer their time for several reasons: they have a desire to "give back" to the community; they believe in the Land Trust mission; and they want to meet new people and have some fun. Whatever the reason, volunteers know they are helping to protect beautiful landscapes, local agriculture and open space in our community.

Make a Difference in Your Community!
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides opportunities for people 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours a week, serving through schools, day care centers, police departments, hospitals and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to help solve community problems and offers supplemental insurance while on duty, and on-the-job training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
