At Crossroads Hospice We Do More for our patients by providing them with our Veteran Recognitions and Gift of Day Programs. Volunteer photographers are needed to help capture these memories.

Veteran Program: Honoring patients who served in the military to protect our country and acknowledging them for their service and sacrifice.

Gift Of A Day: Patients are asked: "If you only had one day to live, what would it look like?" Staff, volunteers and local business work together to bring these heart-warming "Gifts" to life

TB Test, Background Checks and Flu Shots
