"The Mission of the coaching module is to provide consistent and considerate coaches to support and inspire the participants to develop the attitudes and skills necessary for long-term advancement." Tulsa Reentry One-Stop is an employment and training program that helps men and women who are within nine months of release to the Tulsa area from either a work release facility, or GPS monitoring. It is a collaborative effort which includes the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Goodwill Industries of Tulsa, Inc., Counseling and Recovery Services, and the Community Service Council. As a Life-Coach you will serve as a positive influence and a form of support for our participants. They will likely face obstacles in their reentry process and we want them to know they have someone they can turn to. The time commitment requirements are as little as an hour or two a month, and we provide both group coaching, as well as individual coaching opportunities to allow for a flexible schedule.
