ORGANIZATION: Parents Helping Parents

About Parents Helping Parents: Parents Helping Parents is a nonprofit offering two services to parents in need: The Parental Stress Line and Parent Support Groups. Our goal is to empower parents to nurture their children, prevent child abuse and build stronger families.
Our Parental Stress Line is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and it is confidential and anonymous.

Description:

Parents Helping Parents runs a 24 hour hotline called the Parental Stress Line. We use a pbx phone system and would like some help in tweaking the customer service aspect of the system; including changing messages, music, and overall experience. If you are good with basics in audio formats and recording, please help us with this time-limited task.
