Do the Hokey Pokey! Do you like to turn music on and just dance? So do our folks! We have a a selection of CDs our individuals love to dance to- just push play and they're off. We all need a little extra movement. Yoga and simple stretches help give our individuals some exercise. Loosen your muscles and get your blood circulating when you move with the individuals.
Monday-Friday 8a-2p. You may commit to any of these available days and hours. Please be available to dedicate a mimumum of two hours at a time.
