We are a small startup 501 (c) 3 non-profit. At this time, we are made up entirely of volunteers like you, who believe the current state of the world is unacceptable and have dedicated themselves to creating a better world. We need help in increasing our institutional knowledge base. There is a lot we have to learn to have the greatest impact we can. We shall increase our knowledge base fastest by incorporating you in the building of it.

We need to develop an effective volunteer recruitment and retention strategy.

The fulfillment of this volunteer position shall greatly increase our knowledge base. With more knowledge, we are able to be more insightful and effective in our actions.

Position Description

Fulfillment of this position entails the following:

- researching or reading up about volunteer recruitment, management and retention strategies and sending us a concise summary of the important facts you discovered during your research.

Expected Commitment

This project is totally flexible. Whenever you are up to it, perform research about volunteer recruitment, management, and retention strategies and send us a summary of your discovery.
