As our organization continues to grow and expand, we are finding we have a need for volunteers who have worked with children or perhaps are studying primary education. More so, we are seeking volunteers who have experience or would like experience working with children with special needs. The time commitment is one (1) Saturday a month from January thru May from about 5:30-10pm. The volunteering takes place right at the Madison Area YMCA Family Center on Kings Road in Madison. Children range in age from 5-11 years. Enriching and beneficial experience for students studying to work in the field of education or with special needs children. Madison Area YMCA is less than a half mile from Madison Train Station- NJ Transit Morris and Essex line. Experienice a "family" type and welcoming environment for people of all ages.
