United Way is looking for volunteers to be the gateways to its Free Tax Campaign! Our all-encompassing program offers free services that go beyond just filing taxes. Intake and Benefits Specialists are located at each of our 21 sites across King County and help clients sign up for and connect to important financial services and public benefits in our community.
By answering questions, helping clients with paperwork, and connecting clients with additional resources like Basic Food, healthcare, and financial counseling, Intake and Benefits Specialists are essential members of our tax site team.
