Are you a computer whiz? Can you navigate mobile devices with your eyes closed? Then the Highland Park Public Library is looking for you! Volunteer your time and talents for our Tech Savy program. Tech Savy support volunteers would provide patrons with support in fielding any questions they have in operating their mobile device and oversee the Tech Savy Teens.
Volunteers would be needed on the first and/or third Saturday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Volunteers would need to be 18 or older and have great customer service skills. Volunteers would also need to have exceptional knowledge of of mobile devices and computer software, including, but not limited to; Microsoft Office, Windows 8.1, iPhones, email services, the library's MyMediaMall, etc.
