TFI's Visitation and Exchange Center (VEC) is a neutral site for custody exchanged between parents. We are looking for committed volunteers who can make this program grow. Volunteers would observe and facilitate these meetings between families. Locations in Topeka, Lawrence, and Wichita. The VEC is open Wednesday and Fridays 5:30 - 8:30, Saturday and Sundays 9:30 - 6:30.
